VI.  COMMON NON-COMPLIANCES IN AN AUDIT

  • Introduce, analyse and instruct trainees to implement corrective and preventive measures for common non-compliance issues in the audits.
  • Share best practices and appropriate improving directions for your company’s internal compliance gaps and current compliance system.

PHASE 1 : Online coaching

Six (6) hours of coaching online through Zoom (3 days, 2 hours per day) aim to provide necessary legal and regulatory documents as well as popular CSR standards to trainees. You will be then coached by the trainer how to gain knowledge from those documents.

PHASE 2 : Classroom training

Three (3) days of intensive class training including practical activities such as group learning, role playing, training games, competition exercise, etc. in order to enhance skills, encourage behavioral adjustments, professional attitude and personal development.
